Introducing Pipeline Scholars Live Skills Clinic

The Pipeline Scholars Live Skills Clinic is designed as the culminating hands-on experience for students who complete the Pipeline Scholars virtual academy, allowing them to apply the knowledge and skills they've developed throughout the semester. However, the Live Skills Clinic is also open to any high school student interested in gaining practical clinical experience, regardless of whether they have completed the online program. Over the course of two immersive days, students participate in physician-led instruction and hands-on skills training covering CPR/AED, First Aid, Stop the Bleed® certification, patient interaction and communication, vital signs, basic suturing techniques, and other essential clinical skills. This unique intensive provides students with real-world experience, increased confidence, and valuable certifications as they begin their journey into healthcare.

  • Nope! We welcome all ages. No matter where you are in your journey towards a healthcare career we would love to have you!

  • No! Our programs were designed to be most effective when taken in combination. However, both are available to be taken independently.

  • No worries! We offer multiple cohorts operating at the same time. If you miss your weekly schedule, you can make it up another day of the week.

  • No homework will be assigned as a part of the Virtual Academy. However, we offer CPR/AED certification during our Live Skills Clinic. Therefore, students are required to complete the online portion of the certification before attending in-person.
